Prototypes
All great ideas need to be proven. That is a simple premise that we feel very true.
Over the years great strides have been made in paperless design, however, this does not eliminate the need for models and prototypes. It actually can make them more important. The use of models and prototypes made of the actual material specified for production can truly be of assistance when it comes to "show and tell" type meetings or design sessions that require the "hands on" approach for design approval.
Our experience can help you. For many years we have been:
1) Machining working models.
These models have been for anything from a small assembly for a medical device to prove concept to a working pump housing used to sell an idea.
2) Molded Prototypes.
We have determined that the key to a successful prototype shop is the tools available. Today there are many shops that create many incredible production tools using state of the art equipment (EDM, CNC, etc.). That is not our goal. We have found that most of these same shops prefer not to produce prototype tools. It is not cost efficient for them to do so. Realizing this we made it our goal to fill that niche. We have developed tools and techniques to do these jobs quickly and efficiently. Let us show you how we can help in bringing your design to life.
